now i’m listening to “Everything Burns”.. from the OST Fantastic Four… amazing music, breathtaking MTV footage, evoking such an emotional response from this jaded soul of mine that i’m compelled to bare my black black heart to the world and watch it all burn away. :p

yesterday, i won four awards at The Creative Awards organised by The One Academy – Best Experimental Multimedia, Best Interactive Multimedia, Best Typography and finally the mother of all prizes – Best Of The Best Creative Award. It could have been the best day of my life, yet i do not feel the elation, the sense of achievement that i ought to be feeling. weird… yet without doubt, i’ve proven the theory that hardwork pays off, however sadly at the expense of everything else that i once held dear in my life.

looking back at my three years at TOA, i’ve matured so much that i feel “fun” has drained out of me, replaced by a hard, cold and joyless shell.
