pet project complete!
I started dabbling in digital painting during easter break, as a sort of stress relief to take my mind off motion design. Finally, after almost a month, I had time to complete my first ever work using Photoshop CS2. To think that I used to break down and cry when I had to do figure drawings… *gawd*! I think I’m addicted now.
I had called this my "pet project" and had actually wanted to name it "My Pet Butterfly"… gawd what a super corny name!
Thank goodness the voice of sanity - Man Meng aka SiauKia – suggested the word "Free". So in honour of my almost completed study life, I’ve called this piece "Freedom Awaits".
